Fistula and Wound Management System/Midi. Includes: 1 Drain port, 1 Flexible Lid, 1 Sheet, 1 Clamp. Cutting Surface: 6" 1/3 - 8 7/8". All-in-one solution designed to save nurses time. The pouch conforms to unique abdominal contours, and molds to the skin with ease. Laminate adhesive is designed with two layers: the first (which touches the skin) provides great moldability and creates a secure seal; the second, erosion-resistant layer ensures the skin is protected from drainage. Highly flexible, long-lasting, two-layer adhesive prevents leakage and increases wear time. Tracing guide increases accuracy in cutting fistula or wound patterns. Lid is easy to apply and remove, allowing nurses to dress wounds. Drain port can be easily applied to the lid to allow for catheter insertion. Inflatable ring is positioned directly under the coupling to provide more stability when applying the lid, and prevents leakage from the front of the pouch. Clinician can inflate ring by using the enclosed pump. Outlets are designed with spigots to help with draining fistulas (mini size is designed withone spigot; midi and maxi sizes have two).
