PolyMem Silver Non-Adhesive Dressings 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". Composed of a hydrophilic polyurethane membrane matrix. Semi-permeable poly continuous thin film backing which is optimized for oxygen and moisture vapor permeability and as a barrier to liquids. They are the only dressing which contain a safe, nontoxic cleanser, a moisturizer, an absorbing agent and silver all in the polyurethane matrix. The superabsorbent starch copolymer draws wound fluid, which is known to contain natural growth factors and nutrients to the wound site. The silver protects the dressings from microbial contamination. UOM: 1/EA.
