Skin temperature & moisture are controlled by the Flex-O-Seal(tm) pattern of the air vents, creating cirulating air. Vinyl straps stretch & give during inflation to self-center it on the bed. Straps adjust to fit different surfaces. Antimicrobial material reduces the risk of infection.
