The wedges can easily be placed in position unlike foam pillows, and it is possible for a single caregiver to turn the patient without assistance by using the wedges. They are lightweight and provide both positioning support and comfort. Ideal to keep bed ridden patients repositioned and helps eliminate pressure points over the bony area and reduces the possibility of pressure ulcers. Made of a vinyl mesh with a breathable fabric shell. Non-absorbent, polystryrene bead fill allows air to flow through the wedge giving more comfort.
