Comfort Fit Disposable Monascope, Latex-Free. Connects to an Esophageal Sethoscope and a Wenger Chest Piece. The transmission of sound through this system (earpiece, tubing, and stethoscope head) is dependent on a complete seal in the system. The foam is compressed, inserted into the ear canal and slowly expands to make a perfect, low pressure seal with the canal wall. This seal is critical due to the low volume of the sounds transmitted. The low pressure against the skin in the ear canal makes the earpiece more comfortable which encourages more vigilant use. Tubing is four feet in length. Packaging: 25/Case.
