Traceable Memory Monitoring Refrigerator/Freezer Thermometer. Uses a probe sealed in a miniature bottle filled with nontoxic glycol solution to provide accurate readings when refrigerator doors are opened. The solution is recognized as safe by the FDA. Reads the surrounding temperature or probe temperature. The range is from -58 to 158 degrees F. or -50 to 70 degrees C. Can be used for monitoring liquids, air, gas, or semi-solids in water baths, refrigerators, freezers, incubators, and tanks. Minimum and maximum memory feature permits monitoring conditions overnight, on weekends, or for any time period. Triple display for current, high and low temperatures. Have alarms that may be set in on degree increments which sounds when temp. rises above or falls below set points. Continues to sound up to 12 hours. May select Fahrenheit or Celsius. 1 1/2" H LCD display. NIST calibrated. Serial-numbered Traceable Certificates included to indicate NIST standards. Includes 2 AA batteries.
