When caps are used with the Friendly and Safe Medicine Vials they meet specific requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia 31/National Formulary 26 (USP31/NF26) as defined in the Chapter 671 "Containers-Performance Testing." Therefore, pharmaceuticals which require "light" and "tight" characterizations afforded by these monographs may be safely dispensed in these containers. Vials sold separately (5729N, 5730N or 5731N).
