HEAD IMMOBILIZER, ADJUSTABLE, CHILD, MULTIGRIP. The multi-grip head immobilizer is inexpensive and disposable. Its one-piece construction is light-weight yet strong, x-ray transparent and adjustable. It' water resistant, buoyant for water rescue and compatible with all backboards, c-collars and extrication devices. A red head strap is included and measures 32"x 2" with a 12" long strip of foam padding. A white chin strap (32" x 2") is also included. Simply roll the cylinders outward, place multi-grip under the patients head, roll the cylinders inward and put the straps in place. Packaging: 1/Each.
