INSTRUMENT LUBRICANT, 5-Gallon. Instrument Lubricant is a formulation designed for immersion application and for use in instrument washers and washer/disinfectors. When used on a regular basis, Instrument Lubricant reduces cost of instrument repair and replacement. Key Features: Steam and EtO permeable. Extends the life of the instrument and ensures proper working of hinges, pins and joints. Easier cleaning; no rinsing or wiping required; after cleaning, immerse instruments into the diluted solution; proceed to sterilization. Contains broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents which inhibit the growth of bacteria, yeasts and fungi for prolonged periods in the dip bath. Does not interfere with steam sterilization because it is water soluble and steam permeable. Deposits a thin film of lubricant to prevent rusting, discoloration and corrosion. Packaging: 1/Each.
