After initial access and placement of the .018 inch diameter Torq-Flex wire guide, the coaxial catheter pair is introduced. Push-Plus cannula-reinforced inner catheter enhances pushability of coaxial catheter pair. Removal of the wire guide and cannula-reinforced inner catheter facilitates placement of a .035 inch or .038 inch diameter wire guide through the outer catheter.
