3M Tegaderm Silicone Foam Border Dressing, 4"x4". Stays in place, yet removes gently, making it ideal for fragile skin. Tegaderm film backing prevents strikethrough and protects against external bacteria and viruses* * in vitro testing shows that the transparent film provides a viral barrier from viruses 27 nm in diameter or larger while the dressing remains intact without leakage. Foam does not swell thus decreasing the potential for disruption of healing tissue. Dressing absorbs/manages low to high levels of exudate, protects periwound skin and maintains moisture balance. Dressing does not adhere to the wound bed and periwound skin (undisturbed healing environment). Provides a water resistant seal while dressing is intact. Allows showering. Adhesive film border is thin and has a low profile to minimize edge roll. Can be worn for up to 7 days on skin and compromised skin. Low friction backing to minimize shear force. Spoke delivery.
