Valuables Envelope 3-Part. Parts 1 and 3 printed on white paper, Part 2 printed on yellow paper; printed in blue ink; Parts 1 and 2 measure 8½" x 10¾", detached, Part 3 (the envelope) when sealed measures 8 1/2" X 10 3/4". Securing and tracking patient valuables is easy with Briggs specially designed valuable envelopes. Record contents, disposition, and patient acknowledgement on the exterior then securely fasten valuables in the envelope. Part 1 of this unique 3-ply form is the patient copy. Ply 2 may be filed in the office or chart. The 3rd ply is the actual envelope with a self-adhesive flap. UOM: 100/PK.
