AROM-Cot® Non-Latex Finger Cot with Hook (Medium). AROM-Cot® is a non-latex digital amniotomy device that reduces patient anxiety during the artificial rupture of membranes. AROM-Cot® is a non-latex amniotome which allows for greater precision and ease of use with less anxiety when performing amniotomy. The novel design also allows the clinician to more easily and effectively perform amniotomy under difficult circumstances, such as a posterior cervix. Hook orientation can be easily determined due to the unique teardrop shape. Less Anxiety: The use of rigid instruments can cause significant patient anxiety.
