Versatile and effective, this 3' Vertical Section of the WalSlide Original is a wall-mounted, lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. Also included is the 2' Adjustable Height Overhead Section, which completes the station. Please note, this is the WalSlide Original Exercise Station featuring a 3' Vertical Section and the Overhead Section only. Mounting hardware, exercise bands and tubing are available separately. The key to the WalSlide's versatility and effectiveness is the sliding anchor, which is used on both the Vertical and Horizontal Sections. The anchor glides along the center channel of the section and can be locked in place at any point within the channel. Once the anchor is locked in place, bands, tubing or the pulley system can be attached and exercising can begin. UOM: 1/EA.
