Liquid Pain Relief Acetaminophen 160 mg. 16 Fluid ounce. Pain reliever/fever reducer. Serving size: Under 24 lbs. Ages under 2. Dose: consult Physician, 24-35 lbs. Ages 2-3. Dose: 1 tsp, 36-47 lbs. Ages 4-5. Dose: 1.5 tsp, 48-59 lbs. Ages 6-8. Dose: 2 tsp, 60-71 lbs. Ages 9-10. Dose: 2.5 tsp, 72-95 lbs. Ages 11-12. Dose: 3 tsp, Over 95lbs. Ages 12-adult. Dose: 4 tsp, Every 4 hours.
