Multi-Grip Head Immobilizer. Adjustable. Adult. The Multi-Grip head immobilizer is inexpensive and disposable. Its one-piece construction is light-weight yet strong, x-ray transparent and adjustable. It is water resistant, buoyant for water rescue and compatible with all backboards, c-collars and extrication devices. A red head strap is included and measures 32" x 2" with a 12" long strip of foam padding. A white chin strap (32" x 2") is also included. Simply roll the cylinders outward, place multi-grip under the patient's head, roll the cylinders inward and put the straps in place. Radiolucent. Easy access to the ears. Head strap sticks to board, not to skin/hair (foam covers forehead area). Non-claustrophobic design. Buoyant for water rescue. Can be used with motorcycle/football helmets. Closed-cell foam.
