The CR2 also provides guidance on chest compression rate and depth, hand placement, and includes a metronome. Escalating power during rescue. Initial shock delivered at 150/200 joules. Second shock delivered at 300 joules. Third and subsequent shocks delivered at 360 joules. No need for separate Pediatric Electrode Pads.
