The core of the Comfort Care medicare approved foam wheelchair cushion is a high density, fire-retardant foam which is supportive and helps redistribute pressure. Comfort Care is utilized in the prevention of pressure ulcers. All cover materials and foam are anti-microbial and meet California Technical Bulletin 117 for fire retardency.
