ProChek-II tests for soluble and insoluble residual proteins <1 µg on surfaces and lumened/cannulated items. Identify residual protein on surfaces with ProChek-II: Each item includes 12 reagent vials, 12 vials of 3mL water, 1 vial holder, and 12 5.286mm diameter swabs (for PT-313). Moisten the tip with sterile water, swab the surface of the item being tested, drop the swab in the vial and shake vigorously. Measures residual protein and provides a rapid result for soluble proteins and a result in < 5 minutes for insoluble proteins. Test detects down to <1 µg of protein.
