Versatile and effective, this 6' Vertical Section of the WalSlide Original is a wall-mounted, lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. The key to the WalSlide's versatility and effectiveness is the sliding anchor. That's because the anchor glides along the center channel of the WalSlide and can be locked in place at any height along the channel. Once secure, users can attach bands or tubing and begin working out. Because the anchor is height adjustable, the WalSlide can also be used for lower body workouts targeting the ankles, knees and hips.
