Amsorb Plus Carbon Dioxide Absorbent,1 Kg Cartridge (2.2 lbs.). Amsorb Plus is a new generation carbon dioxide absorbent, free from strong alkali metal hydroxides. It utilizes calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH) 2 ) as the active base with minor constituents that promote speed and capacity of absorption. Amsorb Plus is specifically designed for low and minimal flow anesthesia. Its absorption capacity, intensity and uniformity of color change have been improved from the original Amsorb. Amsorb Plus remains the world's only carbon dioxide absorbent capable of complete prevention of anesthetic degradation. Amsorb Plus does not contain strong alkali and, therefore, preserves it color change once exhausted; unlike conventional carbon dioxide absorbents which, once exhausted, revert to their original color. EyePro Eye Occlusion Dressing. Sterile dressing designed to maintain eyelid closure during general anesthesia while maintaining a clear view of the eyes. EyePro surgical eye protection uses a dual zone adhesive system that maintains eye closure but allows safe and easy removal with minimal eyelid and eyelash trauma. Keeping the eyes closed protects the cornea and prevents abrasions keeping the patent safe. Reduces skin tears, skin irritation and redness compared to tape.
