PolyMem Silver Non-Adhesive Dressings 4 1/4" x 4 1/4". Composed of a hydrophilic polyurethane membrane matrix. They are the only dressing which contain a safe, nontoxic cleanser, a moisturizer, an absorbing agent and silver all in the polyurethane matrix.
