Deluxe Knee Wrap. XX-Large. Thigh circumference: 25" - 28". The new Deluxe Wrap Knee by RCAI provides functional knee stabilization for ACL, PCL, MCL, and LCL instabilities. The lengthened hinge arms, extra straps above and below the patella, and a more closed patella design of the brace provide increased control of the knee joint during walking or athletic activities. The Deluxe Wrap Knee offers flexion/extension control settings in 15° increments, with a 10° hyperextension stop set.The added condyle shells attached to the hinges provide improved tracking of the knee. The breathable, latex-free construction of the brace provides therapeutic warmth and compression to enhance venous return and improve proprioceptive input, while keeping the skin dry and comfortable.
