Temp-Chex Enviro-Safe® thermometers for Refrigerator -5 °C to 20 °C. Temp-Chex Enviro-Safe® thermometers are environmentally-safe, utilizing only biodegradable, nontoxic and nonflammable components. Temp-Chex thermometers are immersed in a vial of propylene glycol solution to buffer temperature variations that occur with the opening and closing of doors. Each Temp-Chex thermometer is enclosed in a durable plastic case to protect the thermometer and to contain the contents if broken.
